About Asian Women’s Home
Asian Women’s Home serves survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking is a program of Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI). Realizing the enormous cultural and linguistic barriers immigrant families faced, AACI formed Asian Women’s Home in 1986. Help is available in multiple languages and dialects, both Asian and non-Asian. Our 10-bed shelter is the only domestic violence shelter in Santa Clara County that focuses on the Asian community, and we are one of only nine shelters focusing on Asian and Pacific Islander domestic violence survivors in the entire continental U.S. Asian Women’s Home serves everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, immigration status, socioeconomic background, or sexual orientation. All communities are welcomed! To inquire about services or to seek help, please all our free and confidential 24/7 hotline at (408) 975-2739.
